The renovation of this over-20-year-old hotel floor aimed to transform it into a private residence for the building owner. The main challenge was dismantling the original hotel layout—filled with partitioned rooms—and turning it into a functional, livable space. This required a complete rethink of spatial planning, materials, and systems to support modern residential living.
