IF is looking for Project Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong internships welcome)
• Quick learner, responsible, and open to new challenges
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of projectmanagement tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or MS Project)
• Good communication and teamwork skills (English & Thai)
• Positive mindset and a willingness to grow

What You’ll Do

• Plan & set up projects – Define scope, budget, timeline; prepare a Project Schedule, Directory, Org Chart, and Initial Cost Estimate
• Coordinate stakeholders – Act as the main contact for clients and internal teams, scheduling weekly meetings and clear channels (email, chat groups)
• Manage resources – Allocate team members, track progress, and adjust workloads to keep the project on track
• Handle change management – Identify risks, process change requests, and keep documentation updated
• Report & document – Consolidate all project data, draft status reports, create Minutes of Meeting, and run retrospective sessions

IF is looking for a full-time Administration officer who will be taking care of our general affairs such as reception, contacting other parties, taking note and keeping track on appointments, taking care of office document,  etc., especially those issues concern the contact with other parties.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor degree in any field of knowledge
• Skilled in Microsoft office (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is an asset)
• Knowledge of documents and/or quality management system
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Thai and fair in English
• Interested in architecture or other creative industry
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact – Handle reception duties and welcome guests professionally
• Coordinate appointments – Schedule and track internal and external meetings and follow up when needed
• Manage communication – Contact and coordinate with external vendors, partners, and clients
• Support office operations – Maintain document filing systems and ensure smooth daily administrative operations
• Assist teams – Provide administrative support to different departments as needed
• Monitor general supplies – Keep inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
