"The AIS project involves a series of rollout branches, starting with the flagship store, which introduced a new mood and design concept. Our challenge was to maintain this identity across all locations, adjusting designs to fit each site’s specific needs, budget, and required mood. One key element retained across all branches is the AIS Intelligent Unit (AIU), carried over from the flagship store, with material adjustments to meet budget constraints.
Additionally, we streamlined our workflow and design tools to enhance the speed and efficiency of the process, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the project."
