Located along the bustling Phetchaburi Road, the Time Ventures office renovation is rooted in a simple yet powerful goal: to introduce more green into the urban fabric. With a growing business portfolio that began with oil and now expands into multiple industries, Time Ventures sought a headquarters that not only reflects their corporate evolution, but also their commitment to sustainability and well-being.


The centerpiece of this transformation is a tree-lined balcony on the second floor—a gesture that brings nature closer to both the building’s occupants and the city around it. Set against the preserved glass façade of the original three-story structure, a custom-designed canopy allows for planting tall trees that filter light and cast dynamic shadows into the workspace. The effect is calming, open, and unexpected in the context of busy Phetchaburi Road—offering a moment of natural pause in an urban environment.


Beyond its green statement, the building was carefully restructured to reflect the values and functions of the company. Each floor tells a different part of the Time Ventures story.

• The ground floor, open to guests and partners, acts as a reception and greeting area. Here, materiality sets the tone—tall stainless steel columns and travertine marble create a sense of prestige, referencing the form and finish of cylindrical oil tanks, a nod to the company’s origins. The result is a space that feels both formal and contemporary, designed to convey trust and professionalism.

• The second floor is a workspace for employees, accessed via a dramatic curved staircase. Framed by large glass windows that open onto the canopy of trees, the floor offers an open and naturally lit environment, with greenery woven into daily routines.

• The third floor houses the executive office, conceived as a warmer, more personal zone. With wood-lined floors and walls, the space balances privacy and adaptability, serving not only as a workspace but also as a venue for internal events, product launches, and press meetings.
