"The project originated from an idea initiated by TRIS Corporation Limited, a company specializing in organizational consultancy and system management, to build their new office space. The workplace is designed to not only reflect TRIS' philosophy and identity but also to serve as a healthy and inspiring work environment for all the staff, where creative thinking and quality of life are valued, and where employees take pride in themselves and the company they work for. 

The change is reflected in the shape and form of a redesigned floor plan, utilizing a simplified diagram. The design process began with workspaces for the company’s department heads as well as the common areas, including small, medium, and large meeting rooms. Located at the center of the new floor plan, this section of functional spaces requires proper enclosure. The space is partitioned into individual rooms to provide greater privacy. IF determined the interior functionality of each room, using varying materials and lighting design to meet the unique characteristics of each space. The staff workspaces and reception area are designed to be more open and connected to enable internal communication and collaboration. This area is pushed toward the edge of the floor plan, near the openings, to maximize access to natural light.

From the main entrance, visitors are greeted by the reception area and a corridor that leads to the meeting rooms of various sizes. The number of meeting rooms was increased to meet the actual demands of users, ranging from two small meeting rooms for team and staff meetings to one medium and one large meeting room designed for official conferences. Each room has its own decorative style and ambience, which corresponds to the nature of the users and the type of meetings that will take place. A storage room for office documents is also included. Toward the other half of the floor plan are the private offices for the heads of the company’s departments, each room partitioned with visual access to the subordinates’ workspaces.

The pantry is designed to be open, creating a relaxed and casual atmosphere for employees to enjoy their breaks. The staff’s main working area ensures that each individual space has a defined boundary and privacy while still allowing for smooth access between units. Each work unit includes a desk, chair, cabinet, and personal calendar board. Exposed concrete flooring was chosen for this area due to its durability and ability to accommodate heavy usage. The white lighting tone is designed to keep staff energized during working hours.

The co-working space is located at the farthest end of the floor. Walled off with transparent glass panels, this zone welcomes natural light throughout the day. The use of wood, decorative elements, and warm lighting contributes to the welcoming and friendly atmosphere of the space. The common area is designed to allow staff to meet, converse, exchange ideas, hold small casual meetings, take breaks from their desks, or enjoy a moment of privacy when making a phone call.

Not only does the design maintain a high aesthetic quality and maximize functional space, but it also creates a new office environment that embodies the vision of TRIS Corporation Limited's executives and organizational culture.

This intention is reflected in the attention to detail and preferences shown throughout the project, including key components in the company’s operations. The ethos is expressed through small touches such as images and inspirational quotes from famous figures, scattered throughout the common areas, meeting rooms, and staff workspaces. These elements aim to motivate creativity, inspire innovation, and reduce both mental and physical stress that staff may experience. Photographs and graphics are used to symbolically communicate constructive thoughts, reminders, and positive employee conduct within the workplace."
