Simply Thai Chang Tai is the third installment in the Simply Thai series, continuing with the same core concept. This time, the primary target audience is office workers in the surrounding area, with seafood as the main offering. To create an oceanic ambiance, IF uses a variety of lighting tones to reflect the sea and incorporates a net with Thai alphabet patterns on the ceiling, enhancing the undersea mood.
While the design maintains elements from previous branches, certain props are boldly featured as part of the restaurant's unique design, such as a striking feature wall. One standout detail is the long table, where the top is made from folded Thai garments beneath a glass surface, while the table legs are designed based on elements from earlier locations.
