Designed as a new model for the brand, Simply Thai Central Plaza introduces a casual all-day dining atmosphere. A green-toned palette, abundant planting, and soft natural light shape a refreshing ambiance. Inspired by the ceiling concept from the Dongping branch, the overhead layers are reinterpreted in a lighter, more modern language. The translucent façade blends graphics and greenery to invite passersby. The name Simply Thai 1999 (ST99)—proposed by IF—pays homage to the brand’s two-decade legacy in Shanghai, with the brand identity and motion graphics built around this idea.
