In its return to Shanghai, Simply Thai reintroduced its new-gen format with subtle refinements. While the layout and tone followed previous models, the ceiling was reimagined with a new commissioned artwork by Pomme Chan—bringing a fresh perspective while maintaining the ceiling’s role as the brand’s cultural signature. With only this zone customized and the rest standardized, the design presented a clear value: unique experience without compromising scalability or efficiency.
