“บ้านหนุมาน” สถานที่พักผ่อนกึ่งกลางแจ้งสไตล์ไทยร่วมสมัยบนระเบียงชั้น 58 ของอาคาร OCC เป็นพื้นที่ส่วนหนึ่งของ Siam Societies ร้านอาหารและบาร์ในชั้นเดียวกัน โดยแนวคิดหลักของเราคือการสร้างพื้นที่อบอุ่นเป็นกันเอง เสมือนการได้กลับมานั่งเล่นที่บ้าน

องค์ประกอบสำคัญคือ “เรือนไทย” ทำหน้าที่เป็นบาร์หลัก และเป็นจุดโฟกัสที่ดึงดูดสายตาผู้มาเยือน ด้วยโครงสร้างหลังคาจั่วทรงสูงที่คงความสวยงามแบบดั้งเดิม เพิ่มเติมรายละเอียดของการย่อมุมแบบไทยเข้ากับตัวเคาน์เตอร์บาร์ สอดแทรกศิลปะไทยเข้าไปในพื้นที่อย่างกลมกลืน

ระเบียงนี้มอบทัศนียภาพแบบพาโนรามา บรรยากาศร่มรื่นด้วยสวนหย่อมขนาดเล็กและบ่อน้ำ เพิ่มความสดชื่นและผ่อนคลายโดยได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากบ้านเรือนไทย

บรรยากาศของ “บ้าน” คือสิ่งที่เราอยากให้ผู้มาเยือนได้สัมผัส ราวกับได้หลีกหนีความวุ่นวายของเมืองมาใช้เวลาอยู่ในพื้นที่ส่วนตัวที่คุ้นเคย

Baan Hanuman

“Baan Hanuman” is a semi-outdoor contemporary Thai retreat located on the 58th-floor terrace of the OCC Tower. As part of Siam Societies—a restaurant and bar on the same level—the design centers on creating a welcoming atmosphere, evoking the sense of returning to one’s own home.

At the heart of the composition is a traditional Thai pavilion, which serves both as the main bar and as the focal element anchoring the space. Its distinctive high-pitched gable roof preserves the elegance of vernacular Thai architecture, while subtle yôm-mum detailing is integrated into the bar counter, weaving local craft and artistry seamlessly into the spatial experience.

The terrace unfolds into a panoramic viewpoint, enhanced by a pocket garden and reflective water feature, bringing a sense of freshness and calm—qualities inspired by the archetype of the Thai house.

Above all, the design aspires to embody the atmosphere of home: an intimate sanctuary suspended above the city, where guests can momentarily withdraw from urban intensity and inhabit a familiar, personal space.
