ถ้าเสน่ห์ของสมาคมชนชั้นสูงในอดีตถูกตีความขึ้นใหม่ในปัจจุบัน จะมีหน้าตาเป็นอย่างไร?

“Siam Societies” ร้านอาหารและบาร์บนชั้น 58 ของอาคาร OCC (One City Centre) คืออีกหนึ่งโปรเจกต์ที่ IF ได้รับโจทย์ให้หยิบยกเสน่ห์ของไทยในอดีตมาบอกเล่าผ่านการออกแบบอินทีเรียของตัวร้าน เพื่อถ่ายทอดความหรูหราและความสง่างามของสยามในยุครัชกาลที่ 5 ผ่านมุมมองร่วมสมัยที่คนทุกเพศทุกวัยสามารถเข้าใจได้

แรงบันดาลใจในการออกแบบมาจาก “งานจัดเลี้ยงของสมาคมชนชั้นสูง” ในอดีต เราจึงตีความบรรยากาศนั้นขึ้นใหม่โดยใช้ภาพจำเกี่ยวกับความเป็นไทยจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวของทีมเป็นจุดตั้งต้น และเพิ่มเติม Element ที่แสดงออกถึงความเป็นไทยแต่เอามาใช้ด้วยวิธีใหม่

เป้าหมายของ IF ไม่ใช่เพียงการถ่ายทอดภาพอดีต แต่คือการเชื่อมโยงความทรงจำกับประสบการณ์ใหม่ ผ่านลวดลาย สัญลักษณ์ และเรื่องราวให้กลมกลืนเข้าด้วยกันบนเลานจ์แห่งนี้

What would it look like if the charm of Thailand’s high-society gatherings from the past were reinterpreted in the present day?

“Siam Societies”, a restaurant and bar located on the 58th floor of One City Centre (OCC), is a project in which IF was commissioned to reimagine the allure of historical Thai elegance through interior design — capturing the sophistication and grandeur of Siam during the reign of King Rama V, and expressing it through a contemporary lens that resonates with people of all generations.

The design concept draws inspiration from the banquets of elite social clubs in the past. IF reinterprets that atmosphere through collective memories and personal experiences of Thai culture, transforming them into spatial expressions that reflect “Thainess” in new and unexpected ways.

The goal of IF is not merely to recreate the past, but to bridge memory and modern experience — weaving together motifs, symbols, and narratives into a cohesive interior language that embodies the timeless grace of Siam.
