HOF Udomsuk is a residential project designed to integrate both home and workspace in the same physical space. Developed by UNI-Living, a real estate company co-founded by architects, the project combines design expertise with real estate development to offer a solution to contemporary urban living challenges, such as traffic congestion and the limitations of traditional townhomes. Located in Soi Udomsuk 18, just minutes from Udomsuk BTS Station, each unit offers 388 square meters of space, combining office and living functions in a thoughtfully designed layout.
The project includes 3 stories, a mezzanine, and a basement. The ground floor features a parking area that can accommodate 5-8 vehicles, with a mid-sized office space for 15-20 staff members. A patio links the interior and exterior spaces, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The office space is designed with an open plan, allowing flexibility for future adjustments to suit users' preferences.

The second floor separates the workspace from the living area, using a semi-outdoor patio to transition from the office space to the living quarters. Sliding doors allow the space to adapt for various uses, such as a living area, small gatherings, or even a pet space. The open-plan design of the living area maximizes natural light, with a skylight bringing indirect sunlight into the space. Wooden cantilevered stairs become a focal point, and windows on both sides of the house enhance ventilation and airflow.

The third floor houses the master bedroom, featuring a spacious dressing room and a large bathroom. The design maximizes natural light and provides privacy, with a skylight above the bathroom enhancing the ambience.

The project embraces simplicity in its decoration, using white walls, patterned tiles, concrete floors, and wood accents. Natural materials are also incorporated into the exterior, with steel elements and wood-patterned concrete adding to the aesthetic. Ventilation and airflow are prioritized, with large windows and skylights ensuring the building stays naturally ventilated. 

HOF Udomsuk resolves the issues of narrow, long shophouse designs by incorporating passive design elements such as building orientation, natural ventilation, and the integration of green spaces. The project’s flexibility, functionality, and modern design make it an ideal home-office solution for those seeking a high-quality living experience in an urban setting, while also providing long-term investment potential.
