พื้นที่ภายนอกจะสามารถเยียวยาได้อย่างไรบ้าง?
Arak Animal Hospital Phetkasem คือการสานต่อวิสัยทัศน์ของโรงพยาบาลสัตว์อารักษ์ ที่ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงสถานพยาบาล แต่เป็นพื้นที่ที่เป็นมิตรกับทั้งสัตว์เลี้ยง เจ้าของ และทีมสัตวแพทย์ หลังจากประสบความสำเร็จในการออกแบบสาขาทองหล่อให้กลายเป็นต้นแบบของสถานที่บริการครบวงจร ผสานการใช้งานเข้ากับบรรยากาศผ่อนคลายอย่างลงตัว ในสาขาเพชรเกษมจึงเป็นอีกหนึ่งโปรเจกต์ที่จะพิสูจน์แนวคิด “Healing Through Design” อีกครั้ง
โดยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการปรับปรุงตัวอาคารเดิมเพื่อรองรับรูปแบบการใช้งานใหม่ และตอบรับกับไลฟ์สไตล์ของผู้คนในย่านเพชรเกษม ที่นอกจากการออกแบบพื้นที่ภายในแล้ว IF ยังอยากสร้างพื้นที่ Outdoor ที่เหมาะกับการรักษาฟื้นฟูสัตว์เลี้ยงด้วย เพราะเราเชื่อว่าการออกแบบเชิงฟื้นฟูไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นแค่ภายในอาคารเท่านั้น แต่สามารถเกิดขึ้นได้ในทุกๆ พื้นที่ ที่ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคนและสัตว์เลี้ยงได้ใช้เวลาร่วมกัน

What if healing doesn’t happen only within the walls?
How can outdoor space contribute to care and recovery?
Arak Animal Hospital Phetkasem carries forward the vision of Arak—an animal hospital conceived not only as a place of treatment, but as a warm, inclusive environment for pets, their owners, and veterinary professionals. Building on the success of the Thonglor branch—which redefined the model of a full-service veterinary facility by seamlessly integrating functionality with a sense of calm—the Phetkasem branch becomes another opportunity to reaffirm the philosophy of “Healing Through Design”.
This project involves the adaptive reuse of an existing structure, reconfigured to support updated programs and better align with the contemporary lifestyles of the Phetkasem community. Beyond interior spatial planning, Integrated Field extends the design approach to the outdoors—crafting an external environment conducive to the recovery and wellbeing of animals.
Because we believe that restorative design is not confined to interior spaces—it can take shape wherever humans and animals come together in meaningful connection.
