IF is looking for a Site Architect (Public Team).

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented architect to oversee construction progress and ensure every on-site work reflects the approved design intent. In this role, you’ll be the key connection between our design office and the construction site—coordinating with contractors, consultants, and engineers to bring our projects to life with precision and quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural site supervision or coordination
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods and public building
• Excellent coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in reviewing architectural and interior construction drawings
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving

What You’ll Do

• Monitor architectural and interior works on-site to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and engineers on construction progress and technical matters
• Review and provide feedback on shop drawings, mock-ups, and material submittals
• Identify and report any on-site issues or deviations from approved drawings
• Communicate with the design team to clarify design intent and request necessary feedback
• Participate in site inspections and document each construction stage
• Maintain records of RFIs, approvals, and drawing revisions
• Prepare daily or weekly site reports under the guidance of the Senior Site Architect
