IF is looking for a BIM Modeller (Public Team) – We believe that great architecture requires both creative vision and technical precision. We are currently seeking a skilled BIM Modeller who is also comfortable handling coordination tasks. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design concepts and buildable realities by combining accurate 3D modeling with effective system integration.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and manage precise 3D models using Revit, supporting the project from the Design Development phase through to the Construction process.
• Take part in BIM Co-Ordination Meetings to align architectural, structural, and MEP systems smoothly.
• Run Clash Detection to identify design conflicts and generate clear reports to help the team resolve issues before construction.
• Generate necessary Permission drawing packages using Revit, including construction permits, EIA, IEE, and EHIA.
• Produce Tender drawings and Construction Reference (CR) drawings, ensuring all Revisions and Addendums are accurately updated in the model.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling with strong coordination skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Hands-on experience with clash detection and integrating different building systems.
• Deep understanding of architectural detailing, construction processes, and local building permit requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
