IF is looking for an Architect (House Team) – We are looking for a dedicated Architect to join our House Team! In this role, you will be involved in everything from brainstorming conceptual designs to executing detailed design development. You will conduct research, create engaging presentations, and prepare comprehensive architectural drawings. By integrating engineering systems and building regulations, you will play a crucial part in turning our design visions into fully buildable architecture.

What You’ll Do:

• Concept & Research: Brainstorm design solutions, research case studies, analyze site contexts, and check building regulations to ensure designs are feasible.
• Presentation: Create engaging visual and written presentation packages to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
• Detailing & Design Development: Develop conceptual designs into detailed architectural and structural drawings, ensuring everything is accurate and ready for the next phase.
• Materials & Specs: Select materials, prepare specifications, and talk to suppliers to stay updated on new material innovations and gather technical data.
• Technical Coordination: Work with engineers and project consultants to integrate systems seamlessly, and provide data for preliminary construction cost estimates.
• Standardization: Help organize project files and contribute to developing the studio’s Standard Detail Library.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in architectural design (experience in residential or house projects is highly preferred).
• Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction detailing, materials, and local building codes.
• Design & Teamwork: Strong design sensibility with a collaborative mindset, ready to work smoothly as a team player.
