Cloud 11 ― Creative Hub แห่งใหม่ในย่าน South Sukhumvit ศูนย์กลางที่รองรับการทำงานของคนในวงการสร้างสรรค์อย่างรอบด้าน ทั้งออฟฟิศ, โรงแรม, สถาบันพัฒนาทักษะ, Concert Hall, สวนลอยฟ้า และศูนย์การค้า
ในโปรเจกต์นี้ IF ได้มีโอกาสออกแบบ “Cloud 11 Office Show Suite” พื้นที่โชว์ยูนิตที่สะท้อนตัวตนของออฟฟิศยุคใหม่ โดยเราเริ่มต้นจากการทำความเข้าใจพฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้งานเป็นหลัก และพยายามทลายกรอบความเชื่อในการออกแบบ Office Space ที่มักถูกตีกรอบด้วยผนัง และถูกแบ่งการใช้งานเป็นสัดส่วน
เราเลือกนำเสนอผ่านพื้นที่ที่ถูกออกแบบให้คล้าย Studio หรือ Event space โดยการจัดเฟอร์นิเจอร์ให้แตกต่างจากออฟฟิศทั่วไป และมีระบบแสงที่ปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามการใช้งาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นมุมที่จัดให้เหมือนห้องนั่งเล่น ที่สามารถเปลี่ยนฟังก์ชันให้เป็น Boardroom meeting ได้ทันที หรือในโซนทำงานที่สามารถปรับผังให้รองรับการทำงานทั้งแบบกลุ่ม ประชุม หรือ Brainstorm ได้อย่างยืดหยุ่น
เราอยากให้ผู้เข้าชมเห็นถึงความไร้ข้อจำกัดในการตกแต่ง และได้รับทั้ง information และ inspiration เมื่อเข้ามาในพื้นที่ ในโซนแรกเราจึงจัดให้เป็นพื้นที่นำเสนอข้อมูลของโครงการ Cloud 11 โดยออกแบบให้พื้น ผนัง และฝ้าเป็นสีดำ และตั้งโมเดลของโครงการที่หันหน้าตามทิศจริงเอาไว้ เพื่อบอกเล่าภาพรวมของโครงการก่อนจะเข้าไปยังพื้นที่ใช้งานจริง
พื้นที่ด้านในถูกออกแบบขึ้นเพื่อนำเสนอความเป็นไปได้ของวัสดุและบรรยากาศ บางส่วนปิดฝ้าเรียบ บางส่วนเปิดฝ้าโชว์งานระบบ การใช้วัสดุพื้นที่มีทั้งพื้นกระเบื้องและพื้นไม้ หรือแม้กระทั่งการเลือกโคมใช้ไฟในหลายรูปแบบ เพื่อให้เห็นความแตกต่างของบรรยากาศอย่างชัดเจน รวมถึงการใช้กราฟิกแสดงระยะและขนาดของพื้นที่ใช้งาน เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าชมสามารถเข้าใจสเกลได้ทันที และยังเป็นส่วนช่วยในการนำเสนอของทีมงานขายอีกด้วย
นอกจากการออกแบบฟังก์ชันแล้ว เรายังให้ความสำคัญกับการเลือกเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่มีคุณภาพ และตอบโจทย์การใช้งานจริง เราจึงร่วมงานกับ NORSE Republics แบรนด์นำเข้าเฟอร์นิเจอร์จากสแกนดิเนเวียที่มีดีไซน์เรียบง่าย ยืดหยุ่นต่อรูปแบบการใช้งานที่หลากหลาย และตอบโจทย์ออฟฟิศสมัยใหม่
“Cloud 11 Office Show Suite” จึงเป็นมากกว่าพื้นที่นำเสนอข้อมูลหรือให้บริการผู้เช่า แต่มุ่งเป็นต้นแบบของการออกแบบออฟฟิศในอนาคต ที่เข้าใจความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานอย่างแท้จริง และพร้อมรองรับวิธีคิดใหม่ ๆ ของการทำงานเชิงสร้างสรรค์

Boundless Space
Cloud 11 — a new Creative Hub in the South Sukhumvit district — is envisioned as a comprehensive center that supports the creative industry in all dimensions, encompassing offices, hotels, skill–development institutions, a concert hall, a sky garden, and retail space.
For this project, IF was commissioned to design the “Cloud 11 Office Show Suite,” a showcase unit that reflects the identity of the contemporary workplace. The design process began with a deep understanding of user behavior, seeking to break away from conventional perceptions of office environments traditionally confined by walls and rigid functional zoning.
The space is presented as a hybrid between a studio and an event space by arranging furniture in a non-traditional office layout and installing an adaptable lighting system responsive to various uses. A lounge-like setting can be instantly transformed into a boardroom, while work zones can be reconfigured to support teamwork, meetings, or brainstorming sessions with full flexibility.
We aimed for visitors to perceive the freedom of spatial expression and gain both information and inspiration upon entering. The first zone therefore serves as the introductory area of the Cloud 11 development, with black flooring, walls, and ceiling, and a project model oriented according to its actual geographic alignment, giving an overview before moving into the functional workspace.
The inner space is designed to showcase the possibilities of materials and atmospheres. Some areas have a finished ceiling, while others expose building services. Flooring materials alternate between tile and wood, and various lighting fixtures are used to demonstrate distinct spatial moods. A graphic system displaying dimensions and functional areas is incorporated to help visitors understand scale immediately and to support the sales team during presentation.
Beyond functional design, careful attention was placed on selecting high-quality furniture that satisfies real usage needs. IF collaborated with NORSE Republics, a Scandinavian furniture distributor known for simple design, flexibility, and suitability for modern workplaces.
The “Cloud 11 Office Show Suite” thus becomes more than a space for presentation or leasing services — it aspires to serve as a prototype for the future of office design, truly understanding the needs of users while embracing emerging ways of creative work.
