IF is looking for a Senior Design Development Architect (House Team).

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about architecture, detail oriented, and capable of transforming design concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
In this role, you’ll bridge creativity and technical precision—refining design details, coordinating DD packages, and ensuring that every element meets both aesthetic and technical standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design development or similar role
• Strong technical understanding of building systems, materials, and detailing
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design coordination tools
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction standards
• Excellent coordination and communication skills (English & Thai)
• A proactive mindset with a strong eye for design and detail

What You’ll Do

• Develop and refine architectural details based on approved design concepts
• Prepare, review, and coordinate comprehensive Design Development (DD) drawing packages
• Review and integrate material selections and specifications into the design
• Ensure all design outputs comply with local codes, regulations, and project standards
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and external consultants to align technical requirements
• Support communication between design and coordination teams to maintain design intent
• Participate in technical reviews and help resolve design-related issues
• Maintain alignment between design vision, functionality, and technical execution
