IF is looking for a Draftsman.

We’re looking for someone who’s detail oriented, organized, and skilled in preparing technical drawings that support design, approval, and construction processes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing accurate drawings for permits, tenders, and construction revisions—ensuring every document meets project and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
• 5 years of experience architectural drafting or construction documentation
• Experienced in Public Building’s drawing package, design for buildings with a total area of 5,000 sq.m.+
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software is a plus)
• Understanding of local permit procedures and drawing standards
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and responsibility in managing deliverables
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects and project teams

What You’ll Do

• Prepare architectural drawings for various permit applications, including building permits, EIA/IEE/EHIA, land allocation, and excavation/fill permits using AutoCAD
• Produce tender drawings, revisions, and addendum sets using AutoCAD
• Prepare construction revision (CR) drawings and related documents (revisions/addendums)
• Manage, organize, and archive all drawings and ensure timely delivery of documents
• Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency
